• Items in your shopping bag are not reserved until payment is complete and may be purchased by other customers.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

• If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately using our CONTACT US page to ensure adjustments can be applied.

• If your order has already been processed, Hanger & Mannequin accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our usual returns process is available.

• Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only. Hanger & Mannequin is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.

• COLOURS - we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Hanger & Mannequin online store. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

• REPEATED RETURNS - We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience convenient. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Hanger & Mannequin account.
