R E T U R N S P O L I C Y

You may return your Hanger & Mannequin purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to these terms:

• Returns must be made and received within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.

• Items must be in the original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.

• The customer is responsible for the payment of all shipping charges for returns.

• No refunds on sale items unless faulty or required by law.

1. Request to return an item via our CONTACT US page.

2. A return form will be emailed with return instructions.

3. Fill out the return form and return the garment. Please use a courier service or an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame.

4. Once the items have been received and quality checked, you will receive your refund of the purchase price directly to the original method of payment. We will endeavour to process refunds within 5 business days and will send an email notification with the status of your return.
